Managing Director

Professor Francis Ndungu Kibera

Professor Francis N. Kibera holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Administration from University of Toronto, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Alberta, both in Canada. He did his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree program at the University of East Africa (University College, Nairobi).

He has extensive administrative and management experience in the public sector particularly in the education and training sub-sector.

He has also undertaken many value-adding research and consultancy assignments in areas of strategic management, marketing, customer and employee satisfaction in the Public Service and institutional development and capacity building.

His experience spans over 35 years as a senior academician in the School of Business, University of Nairobi. He also served as the Chairman of Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board (KASNEB) between January 1998 and June 2007. He has been the Chairman of Governing Council of the Kenya School of Government from September 2012.

Professor Lucy Wairimu Kibera

Professor Lucy W. Kibera holds a Ph.D and a Master of Education from Kenyatta University, a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy), and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), York University, Toronto Canada; and a Bachelor of Education from Makerere University, Uganda. Professor Lucy Kibera has a rich professional background having started as a Lecturer in Primary Teachers Training College then Research Fellow at Kenya Institute of Education, Senior Lecturer at Kenya Technical Teachers College to her position as Professor of Education, former Chairman of Educational Foundations and Dean School of Education, University of Nairobi.

Operations and Marketing Manager

Frederick Njoroge

Fredrick Njoroge holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Marketing). He studied his degree program at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA). He has extensive management consulting experience in the public and private sectors particularly in the areas of strategic planning; business planning; organization design audits; organization performance diagnosis; research surveys; and monitoring and evaluation among others. He has over 15 years of experience and is adept at managing comprehensive review and analysis of organizational operations, performing situation analysis and developing strategies and solutions that achieve consensus among key stakeholders across organizations. He consulted on corporate strategic plans for Nation Hospital Insurance Fund, Postal Corporation of Kenya, Kenya Tourism Board, Capital Markets Authority, Insurance Regulatory Authority, Kenya Utalii College, amongst many others.

Godfrey Maingi

Godfrey Maingi holds a Diploma with Distinction in Business from the Business Training Centre, UK and an advanced Certificate in Information Technology. He has over 10 years' experience in the financial field, preparation of tenders, strategic plans formulations, conducting customer & employee satisfaction surveys, market research, data entry, data analysis and data management and report preparations. His key skills and competences include: well versed with taxation, financial matters, extensive IT knowledge, excellent knowledge of data management, ability to beat deadlines whilst ensuring accuracy and efficiency, ability to work fast and accurately, and ability to adapt to the changing environment.
